of selectivity’s. Zorbax PrepHT columns are available in
a variety of bonded phases — Eclipse XDB for applications
from pH 2-9, StableBond for low pH (pH 1-6), Bonus-RP for use from
pH 2-8, and Extend-C18 for high pH applications up to pH 11.5.
These phases provide exceptional method development flexibility
with great peak shape and long lifetimes. Zorbax PrepHT columns
are packed with 5 and 7 µm particle sizes for very high resolution.
The high resolution allows high loadability, high yield, and high
purity of compounds. The larger diameter columns and mechanically
stronger Zorbax particles allow for flow rates up to 100 mL/min,
