Multiple Affinity Removal System LC Column

The system contains several individual purchasable components (columns, buffers, and consumables) that are defined based on sample source and other factors. Components are purchased as separate items.

1. Immunoaffinity-based Columns - PEEK columns containing affinity resin materials and with standard LC fittings that are compatible with most LC pumps or instrumentation. Columns include Human 14, Human 7, Human 6, and Mouse 3
   
2. Optimized Buffers - Two proprietary buffers that are used with the columns – Buffer A for loading, equilibrating, and washing the columns, and Buffer B for eluting the retained highly abundant proteins
   
3. Spin Filters and Concentrators - Convenient spin filters (0.22 µm for sample cleanup before injection) and spin concentrators (for concentrating the collected low-abundant proteins in the flow-through fractions obtained with the columns).
