Simple method removes 3 abundant proteins
The Multiple Affinity Removal LC Column – Mouse 3 is designed as a simple way to remove THREE interfering high-abundant proteins from mouse plasma samples. Removal of these abundant proteins improves the subsequent LC/MS and electrophoretic analysis of the serum sample by effectively expanding the dynamic range of the analysis.

- Column eliminates approximately 98 - 99% of total protein (albumin, IgG, and transferrin) when used with the Multiple Affinity Removal System
- Two column dimensions include 4.6 x 50 mm, 4.6 x 100 mm
- Serum injection volume ranges between 37 - 100 µL per run depending on column length used
- Minimize sample loss by utilizing our rapid, single injection protocols and optimized buffers
- Columns can last for over 200 injections
Process the most plasma/serum over the column lifetime, up to 20,000 µL
- Protocols and column are optimized for use with mouse serum. Column not recommended for use with human serum
- Column is compatible with most LC or HPLC pumps or instruments
