3100 OFFGEL Fractionator: Fractionation quality
Below is an example demonstrating the quality of OFFGEL fractionation. Immunodepleted human plasma was fractionated into 12 fractions in the range of pH 4-7. 2D electrophoresis of individual fractions was performed to demonstrate the fractionation performance. |
