You will be responsible for providing client facing technical support for both internal and external customers relating to our distributed chromatography product ranges and services. Specifically this includes providing consumable product and application information, column recommendations and troubleshooting advice for both separation and instrument issues.
Critically the role also involves the provision of update training to our sales force and technical management of www.crawfordscientific.com, to ensure the latest product information and applications are always available.
You will have a strong chromatography background and have significant practical experience working with HPLC, GC or MS techniques. Some experience in a technical support, sales support or instrument engineering role would also be of benefit. You will be qualified to at least first degree level and membership of the Royal Society of Chemistry would also be of benefit.

Salary: £30,000 – 34,000 (depending upon experience)
Bonus: £4800 OTE
Additional profitability bonus of up to 6% of salary
