| The polar functional group used to endcap Accucore aQ phase provides an additional controlled interaction mechanism by which polar compounds can be retained and resolved, making Accucore aQ phase ideal for the quantitative analysis of trace levels of polar analytes. The wettability of reversed phase media can be increased by the introduction of polar functional groups. The polar endcapping of Accucore aQ media also makes it usable in 100% aqueous mobile phases without the risk of loss of performance or poor stability. |
