BioBasic 18 Columns |
BioBasic 18 columns provide exceptional reliability for separations of proteins, peptides, and other biomolecules through a combination of high purity silica and reproducible, stable bonding. The proprietary bonding procedure ensures high phase coverage that gives improved resolution with shorter column lengths when compared to other 300Å columns. BioBasic packings are also designed to give longer lifetimes and withstand harsh mobile phase and clean-up conditions.
BioBasic 18 is also avaiable in 10µm particles size for preparative separations.
Other column dimensions and hardware designs are available, including capillary columns suitable for multi-dimensional LC/MS analyses.
