All our staff have many years of practical experience and are all of our teaching personnel are professionally qualified Trainers, either through the Certificate in Education programme (Cert. Ed., HEFC) or via the Training Foundation (Trainer Assessment Program).

Tony Taylor (B.Sc., MRSC, C.Chem., Cert. Ed.)

Tony comes from a pharmaceutical background and has many years research and development experience in small molecule analysis and bio analysis using LC, GC and hyphenated MS techniques.
Tony is actively involved in method development within our analytical services laboratory and continues to research into preparative methods using LC-MS detection for the pharmaceutical and other industries.
Tony enjoys playing live music and days out with his kids, he has worked with Crawford Scientific for nine years.

Tim Bannerjee (B.Sc., MRSC, C.Chem.)
Business Development Manager - Training |
Tim is from a Forensic Toxicology background and has many years experience with GC and GC-MS techniques in the quantification and characterisations of biologically active molecules and drugs of abuse.
Tim also has many years experience with LC techniques. He manages the Training department and has been working with Crawford Scientific for seven years. He continues to work on client applications as well as providing guidance and support within the Analytical Services division. Tim writes material for the ‘ChromAcademy’ where he is also a moderator on the forum.
When Tim isn’t at work you’ll probably find him on a tennis court, football pitch or on holiday in a far flung location. If it’s none of these he’ll be in his Garden!!!

Scott Fletcher (BSc (Hons), MRSC)

Scott comes from a Pharmaceutical background and has a wealth of experience working in high end method development and validation.
Scott has a strong background in all the major Analytical techniques, HPLC, GC GC-MS, LC-MS etc. Scott has being with the company for 2 years, when he’s not trainer, he is a moderator for the ‘ChromAcademy’ forum and works along side our analytical services team to develop methods and protocols for our customers.
Scott loves his sport…..Cricket, Tennis, Football, tiddlywinks…you name it he plays it

Dr. Adam Gouldsworthy (B.Sc., Ph.D., MRSC, C.Chem.)
Business Development Manager – Analytical Services / Bio Products |
Adam is an expert in protein biochemistry and has many years experience in LC and LC-MS of proteins and small molecules in pharmaceutical research. He has also previously been a demonstration chemist with a leading MS supplier.
He has worked with Crawford Scientific for 6 years and continues to provide excellent training in LC and MS disciplines as well as actively working with staff in our Analytical Services division.
Adam's hobbies include running up and down mountains.
