ZORBAX Rapid Resolution High Definition (RRHD) Columns - Analyse more samples, faster |
| |
Compatible with UHPLC systems operating up to 1000 bar
The ZORBAX RRHD range use 1.8 µm particles which allow you to push flow rates to the limits and still achieve high efficiency separations in the shortest run time. By employing a superior packing process these columns are fully stable at operating pressures of up to 1200 bar allowing you to achieve high-throughput separations without compromising on resolution.
ZORBAX RRHD columns increase your productivity with:
- 1.8 µm particles - deliver maximum resolution for the most defined separations
- High pressure -1200 bar columns for optimum results with the 1290 Infinity LC or other UHPLC instruments such as Waters Acquity
- Selectivity and stability – a wide variety of chemically bonded phase are available to provide alternate selectivity at extremes of pH
- Scalability - through identical column chemistries the same selectivity can be achieved for easy, fast and secure method transfer
- Fast or high resolution separations – 50, 100, 150 mm lengths allow fast, efficient separations

* StableBond columns are designed for optimal use at low pH. At pH >6, highest column stability for all silica based columns is obtained by operating at temperatures <40 °C and using lower buffer concentrations – 10-20 mM or organic buffers. 300SB-C18 may be used up to 90 °C. For pH 6-8, select the Eclipse Plus C18 column.
†Temperature limits are 60 °C up to pH 8, 40 °C from pH 8-11.5.
Recommended for initial method development. These columns provide excellent peak shape for acidic, basic and neutral compounds and are an excellent alternative to Waters Acquity BEH C18/C8 over pH range 2-9.

Agilent ZORBAX Bonus-RP Polar-linked Alkyl Reversed-Phase HPLC Columns 5968-6253 - Full experimental details.
It is important to protect your UHPLC column from the build up of particulates as this can lead to increased backpressures and shortened column lifetime. Agilent UHPLC guards are high performance guard columns with easy-to-install hardware that fits directly on the end of the column meaning no extra hardware is required.
