CP-SimDist
CP-SimDist GC Columns from Agilent
Agilent J&W CP-SimDist columns are guaranteed for simulated distillation up to C100. These columns are low bleed, typically only 4 to 5 pA at 400 °C. The high temperature stationary phase and polyimide coating extend column lifetimes.
Agilent J&W CP-SimDist columns are also available in UltiMetal deactivated stainless steel tubing. Perform extended analysis to C120, and it is guaranteed to a Tmax of 450 °C, due to the virtually unbreakable inert UltiMetal tubing. The internal diameter of UltiMetal tubing is the same as for fused silica 0.53 mm id (Megabore) columns, providing trouble-free automation of on-column injection. The special deactivation applied to the UltiMetal surface gives better retention time repeatability than any other high temperature column. This column is designed for ASTM D2887 and the extended D2887 method compliance.
