AdvanceBio SEC
AdvanceBio SEC HPLC Columns from Agilent
AdvanceBio SEC columns deliver accurate, precise quantitation for mAb aggregation and protein analysis. These innovative size exclusion chromatography columns were designed and engineered by Agilent to improve lab productivity by providing robust, reliable methods that eliminate sample reanalysis. Consistent results are achieved from column to column, batch to batch, and lab to lab, ensuring that methods can be transferred across departments and locations to put an end to uncertainty.
The AdvanceBio SEC 1.9 µm column is designed to improve resolution and provided faster separation of mAb aggregates and fragments by using both HPLC and UHPLC. The optimized sub-two-micron particles are monodispersed and modified by unique hydrophilic bonding chemistry providing column reproducibility and stability, as well as preventing secondary interactions and protein adsorption. The AdvanceBio SEC 1.9 µm column is intended to meet the need for qualitative and quantitative critical quality attributes (CQA) analysis and method transferability across departments.
- High resolution, high-efficiency separation, and accurate quantitation for aggregates and fragments analysis
- Prevented secondary interactions with mAb, ADC, and other proteins
- Assured consistent column performance to eliminate rework
- Enhanced column lifetime and productivity to meet robust CQA analysis
- Specially designed standards for AdvanceBio SEC columns, providing optimal calibration and performance verification
- AdvanceBio SEC 300 Å 2.7 µm is intended for separation protein ranging from 5,000 to 1.25 million Da including mAb fragments, mAb monomer, dimer, and high-level aggregates
- AdvanceBio SEC 130 Å 2.7 µm is designed for small therapeutics molecular weight ranging from 100 to 120,000 Da
- AdvanceBio SEC 200 Å 1.9 µm is suited for analyzing protein ranging from 2,000 to 700,000 Da including mAb monomer, dimmer, and LMW protein fragments
