Polysaccharide Chiral Stationary Phases

Polysaccharide chiral stationary phases are the most widely used type of chiral columns to separate enantiomers. They are based upon chiral selectors produced by derivatization of amylose or cellulose polymers. The chiral selectors are divided into two different types: novel immobilized phases and traditional coated phases.
