Thermo Scientific HyperSep Online SPE
Thermo Scientific HyperSep online SPE products retain specific analytes in a sample matrix when used with an appropriate HPLC column. They have been designed to clean-up and concentrate target analytes in minutes.
HyperSep online SPE products are available in three configurations:
- UNIGUARD Direct-Connect Online SPE Cartridges - convenient reusable product that attaches directly to the switching valve like a HPLC column
- Javelin Direct-Connect Online Columns - finger-tight design for convenience and maximum efficiency
- HPLC Columns for Online SPE - traditional HPLC column fittings and hardware
All products are available with the following HyperSep SPE chemistries:
- HyperSep Retain PEP - for retention of polar and non-polar analytes
- HyperSep Retain CX - for retention of basic and non-polar analytes
- HyperSep Retain AX - for retention of acidic and non-polar analytes
- HyperSep Hypercarb - for retention of extremely polar analytes
- Available in several convenient formats for sample preparation and provide quick and easy connection
- Choose from HyperSep Retain PEP, Retain CX, Retain AX, and Hypercarb phases
- Use these online SPE columns with an appropriate HPLC column and switching valve
