Agilent's high quality ICP-MS systems contain interfaces that comprise of a step-down vacuum stage, located between a pair of conical metal plates, known as interface cones. In common terminology, the first and second cones are referred to as the sample cone and skimmer cone, respectively.

A range of accessories, components and spare parts are available to enhance the performance of interface cones and for replacement purposes. To ensure system accuracy and longevity, replace cone supplies in accordance with recommended maintenance schedules.
