SGE has been a trusted name in analytical science since 1961, when it was founded as Scientific Glass Engineering by Ern Dawes in Melbourne, Australia. Starting out with the manufacture of precision syringes, SGE quickly built a reputation for quality and innovation before expanding into chromatography and mass spectrometry components, including GC columns, inlet liners and specialist analytical consumables. Now part of Trajan Scientific and Medical, following its integration in 2013, SGE products continue to support laboratories and instrument manufacturers worldwide across environmental, food and biological applications.
