puriFlash NH2 from Advion-Interchim Scientific

The puriFlash NH2 and NH2HC flash columns from Advion-Interchim Scientific are highly versatile, supporting reversed phase, normal phase, and ion exchange chromatography. These columns function as weak anion exchangers for strong acids and provide polar media for interactions with hydroxyl (OH), amino (NH), and sulfhydryl (SH) groups. Designed for reliability, they meet the needs of laboratories and industries requiring high-quality separation processes.

Available in two distinct amino-phase versions, both columns offer dependable performance across a wide range of chromatographic applications. The puriFlash® NH2 features a mono-functional amino phase with a 100 Å pore size, a surface area of 300 m²/g, 4% carbon content, and a one-step end-capping process. It is stable within a pH range of 2.0 to 6.5.

In contrast, the puriFlash® NH2HC uses a poly-functional amino phase with a smaller pore size of 60 Å, a larger surface area of 680 m²/g, and 4% carbon content, but it is unendcapped. It offers pH stability between 1.5 and 6.5. Both columns are engineered to deliver robust and versatile chromatographic solutions.
