SiELC Primesep AB HPLC Columns
All pictures shown are for illustration purpose only. Actual product may vary.
SiELC Primesep AB is trimodal HPLC column with a C12 hydrophobic chain and cation-exchange and anion exchange groups on the surface. It provides enhanced retention of strongly acidic and basic compounds through an ion-exchange mechanism and retains neutral compounds using a reversed phase mechanism. The Primesep AB is ideal for the simultaneous analysis of acidic, basic, and neutral compounds using simple method conditions.
Features
- Primesep AB is a reversed phase column with embedded acidic and basic ion-pairing groups
- Improves retention of strongly acidic and basic compounds through ion-exchange mechanism
- Retains neutral compounds by reversed phase mechanism
- Offers mobile phase compatibility with LC-MS
- Resistant to dewetting in 100% aqueous mobile phase
- Scalable from capillary to prep
- Guard columns connect directly to columns and do not require any additional holders
