SiELC Primesep B4 HPLC Columns

SiELC Primesep B4 is a short carbon chain reversed phase mixed-mode HPLC column with embedded basic ion-pairing groups. It provides enhanced retention of acidic compounds through an anion-exchange mechanism, retains basic and acidic surfactants using a multi-mode mechanism, separates hydrophobic bases via an ion-exclusion mechanism, and retains hydrophobic neutral compounds through a reverse-phase mechanism. The short carbon chain in the Primesep B4 stationary phase allows hydrophobic compounds to elute in a shorter time compared to phases with longer chain.
