The PuriFlash RP-AQ flash columns from Advion-Interchim Scientific are designed for fast and efficient purification of strongly and moderately polar molecules. With a 60 Å pore size, 500 m²/g surface area, and 15 or 30 μm particle sizes, these RP-alkyl columns are suitable for use with gradients starting at 100% water and operate stably within pH 2.0 – 7.5. Compared to C18 columns, they provide earlier elution and faster separations, making them ideal for streamlined reversed phase purification workflows.
