Zetarose Activated Bulk Resins from emp BIOTECH

Zetarose activated bulk resins from emp BIOTECH are designed for the immobilisation of ligands, enabling targeted purification tailored to specific biomolecules. With a range of covalent binding technologies, Zetarose activated resins offer customisable solutions, allowing users to select the most suitable strategy for ligand attachment. This adaptability ensures optimal performance making Zetarose activated resins ideal for directed purification processes across a broad spectrum of separation techniques.

Zetarose Activated FF6 resins are based on highly cross-linked 6% agarose and offer versatile options for ligand immobilisation. Choose from three different versions:

  • Zetarose Epoxy-activated FF6 binds ligands such as sugars or carbohydrates via hydroxyl groups, or other molecules via primary amine or thiol groups.
  • Zetarose NHS-activated FF6 enables fast, stable binding of primary amines, featuring a long spacer arm ideal for immobilising small molecules, peptides, and proteins, providing superior stability compared to CNBr activation.
  • Zetarose Aldehyde-activated FF6 binds primary amines, such as lysine residues on proteins, through reductive amination, forming stable secondary amine linkages for enhanced durability in purification processes.
