Zetarose ion exchange resins from emp BIOTECH are advanced chromatography resins designed for the purification of biomolecules. These resins consist of highly cross-linked 6% agarose beads functionalised with various ion exchange ligands. They offer excellent stability, high binding capacity, and are ideal for large-scale and high-throughput purification processes. Zetarose resins are centred around 100 µm particle size, operates under high flow rates, and are stable in various aqueous and organic solutions used in protein purification.
The Zetarose ion exchange range of resins includes:
- Zetarose Q FF6 - strong anion exchanger with quaternary ammonium ligand
- Zetarose SP FF6 - strong cation exchanger with sulfopropyl ligand
- Zetarose DEAE FF6 - weak anion exchanger with diethylaminoethyl ligand
- Zetarose CM FF6 - weak cation exchanger with carboxylmethyl ligand
Features
- Wide range of ion exchange ligands - available in strong and weak anion and cation exchange variants (Q, SP, DEAE, CM)
- Made from 6% cross-linked agarose beads, providing enhanced mechanical stability and durability
- Supports high flow rates, suitable for both small-scale and industrial purification processes
