ePrep® ONE Sample Preparation Workstation
The ePrep® ONE Sample Preparation Workstation from ePrep, is an advanced fully automated robotic platform purpose built for chromatography sample preparation. Designed to address sample preparation as the traditional weak link in analytical workflows, it delivers precise, reproducible and compliant results across a wide range of industries including life sciences, environmental, food, clinical, forensic and pharmaceutical laboratories.
Unlike conventional pipetting systems, ePrep ONE uses analytical syringes to achieve highly accurate liquid handling with volume reproducibility of ≤0.5%. It automates dilution, aliquoting, standard addition, filtering, SPE, µSPE, and liquid-liquid extraction within a single integrated workflow. Features such as robotic syringe exchange, an integrated wash station to minimise carryover, and direct dispensing into sealed autosampler vials ensure sample integrity and reduced variability.
The ePrep ONE intuitive drag-and-drop software enables rapid method development, validation and secure data logging, allowing workflows to be programmed in minutes. A 21CFR Part11 compliant version of the software is available. With flexible deck configurations, offline operation and optional accessories for advanced extraction and filtering, ePrep ONE supports both small and medium batch sizes, improving laboratory efficiency, reducing solvent consumption and enabling reliable unattended operation day and night.
