Porvair Ultraseal™ PRO
The Ultraseal™ PRO from Porvair Sciences is the fastest heat-sealing system in the Ultraseal range, designed to deliver rapid, reliable, and consistent sealing for microplates and tube racks. Fully automated and compact, it provides high-throughput laboratories with a versatile solution that combines speed with precision, producing exceptionally tight seals to ensure maximum sample protection.
Operating with rolls of surface-modified aluminium or plastic film (approximately 78 mm wide), the Ultraseal™ PRO advances and cuts the film to lengths of 125–130 mm before applying it seamlessly to the plate surface using an inline sealing process. This automated method guarantees reproducibility and uniformity, making the Ultraseal™ PRO an ideal choice for laboratories requiring efficient, high-quality sealing across a wide range of applications.
