Thermo Scientific Accucore HILIC HPLC columns with an unbonded silica stationary phase offer enhanced retention of basic or neutral polar analytes. Based on Core Enhanced Technology Accucore columns provide fast, high-resolution separations without the elevated backpressures required by sub 2 μm particles. The highly organic mobile phases used with Accucore HILIC phase ensures efficient desolvation in electrospray MS detection, which in turn leads to improved sensitivity.
