YMC-Triart Metal-free Bioinert Columns

YMC-Triart metal-free columns are fully bioinert columns due to their PEEK lined stainless steel column body and the use of PEEK frits. The stationary phase and consequently the samples are only in contact with PEEK once the inside the column making them an ideal choice for the analysis of sensitive peptides and proteins, oligonucleotides, and metal coordinating compounds. Due to the use of stainless steel as the outer body of the column, the same pressure limits as for standard columns can be maintained, 1000 bar for UHPLC purposes and 450 bar for HPLC use.
