Uptisphere Phase Options Tailored for Biomolecule Purification
- Uptisphere 300 Å WOD: A monofunctional 300 Å C18 phase, suited to weakly hydrophobic peptides and oligopeptides up to 50 kDa.
- Uptisphere 300 Å WC4: A monofunctional C4 phase with 300 Å pore size ideal for hydrophobic proteins and polypeptides in the 50–150 kDa range.
- Uptisphere 300 Å WD4: A polyfunctional C4 phase (300 Å), designed for the purification of hydrophobic proteins and polypeptides between 50 and 150 kDa.
