The price for the separation of both enantiomers is expected to be
- Method Development & Purification Racemate 10 – 100 mg £5000
- Method Development & Purification Racemate 100 – 500 mg £6000
- Method Development & Purification Racemate up to 1 g £7000
The screening of the racemate is Free of Charge
We require 20 – 50 mg of racemate for our evaluation
N.B. If you send the full sample (100 mg – 1 g of racemate) – we will ensure it is stored correctly and returned as either the separated components or in its original condition.
The project duration is 10 working days
We will evaluate your compound and when successful provide a quotation to you. If you wish to proceed we will schedule the separation as soon as possible and return both enantiomers to you. The project duration is usually 10 working days from racemate receipt to enantiomer dispatch. Specification for release of the enantiomers - we routinely work to >98% e.e. The typical success rate is between 85 and 90 % of all samples.
The yield/recovery of both enantiomers
This will be in the range 85% to 90% of each. Hence 1g of racemate will provide 400 to 450mg of each enantiomer.
What is Included
