Agilent's AdvanceBio Amide HILIC and Glycan Mapping columns are designed to provide fast, high-resolution, and reproducible glycan identification using hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC). These columns are optimised for both MS and fluorescence detection, delivering glycan profiles in under 10 minutes - 40% faster than competing products. They are also available with optional standards for performance testing and retention mapping of both labeled and unlabeled glycans.
The latest offering, Agilent’s AdvanceBio Amide HILIC columns, deliver maximum separation performance for glycan analysis, featuring enhanced peak capacity and improved temperature stability compared to the legacy Glycan Mapping columns. These Amide HILIC columns come with 1.8 µm particles and are available in 100 mm and 150 mm lengths.
The legacy Glycan Mapping columns are offered in two configurations: 2.7 µm superficially porous particles for high resolution with lower backpressure, and 1.8 µm particles for the highest resolution.
