Agilent PROTEEMA SEC Columns
Agilent PROTEEMA columns are designed for aqueous SEC separations of natural and synthetic proteins, peptides, and enzymes with molecular weights ranging from 100 to 7,500,000 Da. The columns feature a diol stationary phase that meets USP L20 specifications. Columns are available with a choice of porosities (100 Å, 300 Å, and 1000 Å), and two particle sizes (3 µm and 5 µm) to meet a variety of application needs. Bioinert hardware is offered to increase sensitivity and recovery for demanding applications, and PROTEEMA Lux columns are recommended for use with light scattering detectors.
- Diol SEC chemistry that meets USP L20 classification
- Recommended for analysis of proteins, peptides and enzymes
- Compatible with a wide range of aqueous eluents with an optimum performance when used in pH range 2.0 to 7.5
- Shipped in water with 7.5 mM sodium azide to prevent microbial growth
- Narrow particle size distribution that contributes to excellent efficiency
- Excellent stability under a wide range of physical, chemical, and biological environments
- Guard columns protect and extend the lifetime of analytical columns
- Choice of stainless steel or bioinert hardware
- PROTEEMA Lux is recommended for use with light scattering detectors
