Agilent CB-Sil 8 CB UltiMetal GC Columns

Agilent J&W CP-Sil 8 CB is a general purpose column, incorporating 5% phenyl groups in the dimethylpolysiloxane polymer, giving slightly higher polarity than CP-Sil 5 CB. This delivers better selectivity for aromatic compounds and makes it the best choice for method development. Equivalent to USP G27 and G36, it shows excellent column-to-column reproducibility and very high column efficiencies. 

Agilent's UltiMetal columns are engineered to combine the robustness of stainless steel with advanced surface deactivation for excellent peak shape, and provide the highest operating temperatures.

This phase is also available in standard fused silica material: CP-Sil 8 CB.
