Legacy Reversed Phase HPLC Columns from SiELC
Legacy reversed phase HPLC columns from SiELC are based on the United States Pharmacopeia’s (USP) published chromatographic methods and procedures. Legacy L1 columns meet USP L1 classification of a silica based single-mode reversed phase C18 column. Legacy L16 columns contain dimethylsilane (C2) chemically bonded to totally porous silica gel to meet USP L16 classification.
