HIC columns offer a highly reproducible, bio column solution for intact protein analysis based on hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC). A single column addresses applications ranging from oxidation analysis to drug-to-antibody ratio calculations. Analysis of mAbs by HIC is complementary to ion-exchange chromatography (IEC) and size exclusion chromatography (SEC) by offering an orthogonal separation option.
