Agilent GRAM Organic GPC Columns
GRAM columns from Agilent are suitable for organic GPC polymer analysis using polar organic solvents. These GPC columns are packed with highly porous particles of a polyester copolymer and are available in a range of porosities ranging 30 to 10,000 Å, along with a linear/mixed bed version. The range of pore sizes enable the analysis of a wide variety of polymers with molar masses ranging from 100 to 50,000,000 Da. Typical applications include the analysis of polyurethane, polyimide, starches, cellulose, and other polar polymers.
- Suitable for organic GPC separation of polymers in polar organic solvents
- Porosities ranging from 30 to 10,000 Å for the analysis of polymers with molecular weights up to 50,000,000 Da
- Compatible with a wide range of eluents with optimum performance when used with with polarity index in the range of 5.0 to 8.0
- Shipping solvent is dimethylacetamide (DMAc)
- High separation efficiency obtained by narrow particle size distribution and optimised frit technology
- Excellent stability under a wide range of physical, chemical, and biological environments
- Columns produced under DIN EN ISO 9001 quality standards
- Each column individually tested with a certificate of analysis available
- Guard columns protect and extend the lifetime of analytical columns
- GRAM acid is recommended for the sepration of acidic polar macromolecules
- GRAM Lux is recommended for light scattering detection
