Shodex Asahipak GS Series SEC Columns

Shodex Asahipak GS series columns are polymer-based SEC columns with additional separation mode capabilities. The columns essentially operate in SEC mode, but depending on the eluant conditions, it is possible to allow separation by multiple modes combining reversed phase and ion exchange modes. The column is particularly effective for analysing samples such as proteins and nucleic acids, and separation can be adjusted by changing the mobile phase components.
