Avantor® ACE® HILIC-N HPLC Columns
Avantor® ACE® HILIC-N HPLC columns have been designed for HILIC applications and are suitable for the separation of polar compounds not retained by reversed phase methods. The HILIC-N stationary phase is a proprietary polyhydroxy with a polar neutral character capable of H-bonding amongst other mechanisms of interaction.
The ACE HILIC-N columns form part of a range of three proprietary HILIC phases (HILIC-A, HILIC-B, and HILIC-N) with alternative selectivity to each other. Using a screening approach to method development it is easy to achieve reproducible and successful HILIC separations of polar compounds.
- HILIC is ideal for the separation and retention of polar species including polar neutral and polar ionised analytes
- ACE® HILIC-N is a proprietary polyhydroxy phase
- Available in 1.7, 3 and 5 μm particle sizes
- HPLC/UHPLC hardware format with 1,000 bar / 15,000 psi pressure limit
- ACE® guard cartridges for analytical columns require stand-alone guard cartridge holder H0001 and column coupler C0001
- ACE® method development kits offer all three Avantor® ACE® proprietary HILIC phases (HILIC-A, HILIC-B and HILIC-N) in one kit
