Shodex HILICpak VT-50 HPLC Columns

Shodex HILICpak VT-50 HPLC columns are polymeric-based hydrophilic chromatography (HILIC) columns modified with quaternary amino groups. They are suitable for separation and analysis of anion compounds such as phosphorylated sugars and organic acids. HILICpak VT-50 is especially useful for the analysis of glyphosate and its metabolites without using ion-pair or derivatization reagents. PEEK hardware prevents the absorption of metal ligands to reduce tailing.
