Thermo Scientific Syncronis HILIC HPLC Columns
Thermo Scientific Syncronis HILIC HPLC columns ensure consistent and predictable separations of polar and hydrophilic analytes. Highly pure, high surface area silica and dense stationary phase coverage minimises secondary interactions and provides reproducible high-resolution separations. The zwitterionic stationary phase results in a neutral, highly polar surface and provides alternative selectivity to C18 columns without ion-pairing or derivatization. The highly organic mobile phases used with Syncronis HILIC columns increases desolvation efficiency in MS detection.
- Provides enhanced retention of polar and hydrophilic analytes
- Sulfobetaine zwitterion has both positive (quaternary ammonium) and negative (sulfonic acid) groups in a 1:1 ratio, so the net charge is zero
- Dense surface coverage of silica minimizes secondary interactions and peak tailing
- Highly pure, high surface area silica particles
- Outstanding peak shape and sensitivity
- Manufactured, packed and tested in ISO-9000-accredited facilities
- 1.7 µm for rapid UHPLC separations, 3 µm and 5 µm for traditional HPLC analysis
