Legacy normal phase HPLC columns from SiELC are based on the United States Pharmacopeia’s (USP) published chromatographic methods and procedures. Legacy L3 meets USP L3 classification of porous silica particles with no additional surface modification. Legacy L8 columns contain aminopropylsilane chemically bonded to totally porous silica gel to meet USP L8 classification.
