Thermo Scientific Acclaim Phenyl-1 HPLC columns are unique reversed phase columns with high aromatic selectivity. The specially designed bonded phase displays higher π-π interactions than other phenyl phases. Unique selectivity for aromatic compounds is achieved while maintaining sufficient hydrophobic interaction and aqueous compatibility. Typical applications include analysis of glucocorticosteroids, estrogens, fat-soluble vitamins, and phospholipids.
