We sell a range of SiELC HPLC columns for use in mixed-mode chromatography, including brands such a Primesep, Obelisc, SHARC, BIST and Newcrom. These columns combine reversed phase, ion-exchange, and/or HILIC selectivity and are designed for the separation of ionic and hydrophobic analytes in a single run. They eliminate the need for column switching, ion-paring, and using columns in series. Selectivity can be easily optimised by adjusting mobile phase buffer concentration, pH, and solvent content to improve chromatographic separations and increase productivity. SiELC columns are manufactured under extensive Quality Control tests and assured of longevity and reproducible performance.
