Thermo Scientific Crimp Vials

Thermo Scientific crimp vials are organised into three different performance levels because experiments, analytes, and budgets are different. SureSTART crimp vials provide you with the affordability, compatibility, and performance you need.

Performance Level 1 crimp vials are for everyday chromatography analysis. They provide an affordable choice and can be used with all GC and HPLC/UHPLC instrument types.

Performance Level 2 crimp vials ensure high quality data with an uninterrupted workflow in high-throughput applications using GC, HPLC/UHPLC, and single or triple quadrupole MS systems. They have very low metal content, extractables and leachables, and conform to high standards so that you can meet your regulatory requirements.

Performance Level 3 crimp vials are for high performance applications, when sensitivity is a must. Level 3 vials are the highest performance vials, designed to protect your most valuable samples and deliver consistent, reproducible results for your most demanding applications.

All Thermo Scientific SureSTART crimp vials are specification certified to ensure their physical dimensions and autosampler compatibility. Use 11 mm Thermo Scientific crimp caps to seal these vials. Seal and remove your crimp caps using either Thermo Scientific manual crimpers and decappers, or Thermo Scientific electronic crimpers and decappers.
